The Louisiana Who's Who Award is one of the highest awards that can be given to an individual FBLA member. The award was established in 1996 to coincide with the Who's Who Award on the national level. The Louisiana Who's Who Award recognizes an FBLA member for outstanding achievement in FBLA. The Louisiana winner will be recognized at the National Leadership Conference.
